5 warning signs of heart attacks
Chest pain or discomfort
The pain or discomfort is mostly caused to the middle of the chest or the left side. This pain may last for a few minutes, go away and come back again. The discomfort can be felt like an uncomfortable pressure, fullness, squeezing or pain.
Feeling light headed, weak or faint
Fainting is a common sign of heart problems as well as breaking up in cold sweats when the body tries to cool down, as the heart struggle to provide blood for the whole body. However cold sweat can be overlooked without chest pain.
Pain or discomfort in neck back or jaw
When one have pain in jaw, neck back moving to arms this maybe a sign of heart problem. Especially if the specific muscle or joint of pain is hard is tell.
Pain or discomfort in one or both arms or shoulder
The pain usually occurs in the left arm but can affect both arms.
Shortness of breath
This can come with or without chest pain and is a common sign of a simple heart attack.
Other symptoms of heart attack may include unusual or unexpected tiredness, nausea or vomiting and women are more likely to have these other symptoms.
