World’s first artificial womb

Ecto life the world’s first artificial womb system is powered entirely by renewable energy, from wind and sunlight. It helps infertile couples and women who have their uterus removed and risky pregnancies.

The womb facility

The facility include 75 highly equipped labs with each lab accommodating up to 400 pods or artificial wombs. Each pod is designed with exact conditions as in a mother’s uterus.  A single building can incubate 30,000 babies per year. Moreover it allows babies to grow in an infection free environment. The pod surface are of materials which prevents germs from sticking to them.

Advanced technology artificial womb

Each pod has sensors which monitors baby’s vitals including heart rate, temperature, blood pressure, breathing rate and oxygen saturation. There are also artificial intelligence monitoring the fetus physical condition and report any abnormalities. Each pod also has a screen which is connected to the parent’s phone displaying real time data of fetus. It also provide high resolution live view of the baby and time-lapse video of the baby’s growth. Moreover it has a 360 degrees live camera which let the parents experience virtual reality with the baby.

The womb also contains internal speakers which plays wide range of music selected by the parents to the baby. Parents can also use their own voice and can experience the 360 degrees camera to experience the baby virtually. Furthermore, there is a feature to experience baby’s kick.

Customize your child

2 central bioreactors provide the best nutrients to the babies and each baby receives the customized tailored for them. One bioreactor provides nutrients while the 2^nd reactor removes waste products from the baby. Furthermore, prior to putting the embryo in to the pod the best embryo is selected via invitro-fertilization. Another extra feature is that there is an option for genetic engineering to improve the baby’s features. It allows to choose babies, eye color, hair color, skin tone, physical strength, height and level of intelligence. While eliminating any inherited disease.
