The Visit Maldives’ Storytellers’ Conference 2023

Maldives Marketing & Public Relations Corporation (MMPRC/Visit Maldives) has announced a social media competition to select 50+ participants for the Visit Maldives Storytellers’ Conference 2023. Enrollment is now open for the competition which will be open from 27th February to 25th March 2023. 

When? 

The Conference is to be held from 30th May to 2nd June. it will bring together 50+ content creators from around the world to ‘Weave Your Maldivian Story’. The conference will be the largest gathering of travel writers, journalists, bloggers, influencers, and media experts. 

What’s at the conference? 

Participants are to experience & explore the island nation and express their thoughts through videos, photos, articles & social media posts. 

The conference consists of breakout sessions about sustainable tourism, Maldivian culture, heritage, and Maldives fisheries. It will also feature pop-up stalls by Maldivian artists showing authentic Maldivian products. The conference ends with a gala dinner where winners will e announced. 

Participants get to travel and experience 08 different regions of the Maldives.

How to take part in the Visit Maldives’ Storytellers’ Conference 2023 Social Media Competition:

“What is your dream vacation in the Maldives?” Those who participate are required to create eye-catching content by answering some questions. They can post it on their social media, Facebook, Instagram, or both. 

They are then required to fill out and submit the application form on storytellers.visitmaldives.com as per the guidelines. You may also view the details of the application procedure on visit the competition page on the website storytellers.visitmaldives.com/contests. 

The visit Maldives team will select 50+ participants to attend the 2 – 3 days conference. Most importantly MMPRC will cover all expenses; ticketing and accommodations and food. What better opportunity to showcase your skills while enjoying a luxury dream vacation in the Maldives?
